I want to enable Upload files

    Hi There,

    I want to enable file upload in Comments,
    Formats are PDF | DOC | Xls etc. related to documents.

    Please let me know how can I enable it.

    Hi There,

    We have purchased the plugin Extension wpdiscuz-media-uploader

    I have installed and configure it,
    Enable Media Uploading is ON
    But still I can’t see the icon of image where I can click and upload the media.

    Please response ASAP. Thanks!

    @naimeshrao,
    It is an attachment icon not an image icon. And you should enable it for your custom content type in Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Content & Media Tab.

    Also, please leave a url to the page so we could check it as well.

    I have done the same thing.

    Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Content & Media Tab
    Enable Media Uploading is ON in the setting, And all the other settings are as it is, Didn’t change anything.

    Still there is not attachment icon like documentation is not enabled there.

    > There is new filter for attachment, But not button at bottom right corner in form to upload files.

    And where is your website url?

    BTW, have you deleted all caches?

    And, please leave a screenshot of the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Content & Media Tab, so I can see these settings:

    • Enable Media Uploading
    • Allow Media Uploading for Guests
    • Allow Media Uploading for Post Types
    • Allow Media Uploading for User Roles
