I want to have different invoice for my old products and different for new one

Hi! How are you?
So I need help. My question is I want to change my logo and company details of my website on my invoice but as I changed details these details are also changed on old invoices, i.e if my customers print old product invoice he would see new logo and company.
I want him to see old details and new products to have new one on invoice
