i want to have the minimum on my blogs

    i am putting together a website using blogs, however the blogs will only appear in frames (the blogs just give updates and news and stuff).

    i honestly have no idea abouit css or php, i’m really green in these areas.

    long story short i want no flair, just the text of the blog (no side bar , search, or anything) how can i do this?
