I want to hire a wp designer for my interview program

I am starting an Internet/radio interview program, and I need to create a site that functions as a website, blog and podcast platform, all in one. I also need to acquire a host, storage, and sufficient bandwidth. I live in Boston and would prefer to work with someone I can meet with face to face.
