    Hello,

I have 2 languages translated on my website. French and English (default).
I made the test, if my browser is set to French, it goes to French, English goes to English also, so far so good.

Now I want to make anybody who is not set to any of this 2 languages land on my website in English. So I made a test just to see if English was the default for anyone but it doesn’t seem to work.
For example, I changed the language of my browser to German and visited my homepage, it displayed it in French (???), even with a VPN set to Germany.

In Polylang settings, I have checked “detect browser language”
    I have no caching plugin
I cleared all browser data + restart browser between tests
    Theme is Divi

Do you have a clue ? Thanks.

Oh I see. I made another test. In fact, it may have something to do with the browser language order settings. I used Edge for the tests (I don’t use it normally).
You see, in the list I had German > French > English. When changed to German > English > French, now the browser fell back to the English version.

I didn’t know that, so it is really a question of browser preferences. I guess it will not be a problem then.

Sorry for the useless post but hey, it may help someone.
