I want to play audio on my site

    Is there any non-plugin way to play music on a webpage? The reason why I ask for this is that all the plugins that I have seen that play audio have not been tested for the latest version of WordPress. Even if I tried one of the plugins to test, my security app would ask me to remove it because its not safe.

    So I’m hoping that there’s some simple-stupid way I can do this.

    Any advice would be appreciated.
