I want to restore manually

I have a website. I needed to update some pplugins. In this case, i installed backupguard and took a full backup of my site. But when i started updating plugins, my site gone. Here is my site: https://www.liveshopbd.com/ I can’t access to my site. so i also being not able to log in to my admin pannel and restore backups. So how can i restore backups manually from FTP…?
Or is there any way to restore backup without admin pannel? My site is not live, so i can’t restore?
But how to restore?
Please help. It’s necessary and urgent.
