If I understand you correctly, you are selling 20 different emails under one single product and you want these emails to be only viewed individually per customer?

I am quite confused about how this would be possible since the customer who purchases the product gets to enjoy all these 20 emails under their account.

Could you please provide further context to your inquiry here? How will the other users access the other emails which were purchased by another user in the first place? Does this make sense?

I want to download only one file from the four files once it download it will not show to the other customer. the second customer download the 2nd file and other file is hidden.

If I understand correctly, you don’t want to re-sell the same email or “virtual product” twice.

So if X customer buys Y virtual key, Y virtual key will be deleted. This is not how the downloadable products were designed to work, you can check the following extension for selling license keys.

It creates a new software product that lets you sell license keys that can be auto-generated or imported via a CSV file.
