I want to show poll results on Home page

Hi,
I am working on a site where visitors will participate in a poll. The poll page is created separately from home page. On Poll page, when visitor cast a vote, he can see the results of that poll after that. Its quite fine, but I need to show the results of the poll on my homepage also. I mean, when a visitor comes to my site, he/she will be able to see the results of the poll on home page also before casting a vote.
Please please Help me in this regard.
