i want to show thumbnail of a page in dropdown menu

hi.. i think it will be great if its possible. i want to show thumbnail of any page that is in menu.. like when visitor hover on a link in menu it shows a thumbnail or even the page in small size.. is it possible.. i am ispired from in.com they are not based on wp but they use php so as wp..
