Hi, the plugin lets you add tracking and change the order status to completed or partially shipped only, or not change the order status and you can set this option to be unchecked by default in the plugin’s settings.

Can you explain the scenario which require you to update the order to a different status? anyway, you can update the order status to any desired status after adding the tracking info in the WC order..

The reason we need another option like Shipped & Partially Shipped

We have got lot of Corporate Account — so while adding tracking details, if we can have another option like “Corporate Account”

Once the option is selected (“Corporate Account”) while sending the tracking details, those specific customers will get a monthly statement.

We know that we can update the order status to any desired status after adding tracking info but I wanted to have an option in sending the tracking details, Like image showed earlier.

Hi, there is not option to add a custom status in the add-tracking panel. You can create a custom status and in the Shipment Tracking settings, add the tracking information to that status email.
