• UPDATE: on 02/10/2024 they refunded me. Since I can’t delete the review, I give 3 stars for the refund, but you also have to consider all the time they made me waste. So, I can’t change it to 5 stars, because it wouldn’t be truthful

    I recently purchased this plugin to have a feature on my website and I want to emphasize that I purchased it only for this feature, which is very important to me.
    Before purchasing it, I contacted them, explaining in detail what I needed to achieve on my website. They assured me that what I asked for could be achieved with their plugin. So, I purchased it.
    I immediately installed the plugin and saw that there were no options that would allow me to achieve what I had requested and that they had assured me would be there.
    I sent them an email to ask for an explanation and they responded with a demo screencast, in which what I expected from the plugin was not included.
    Afterwards, they sent me many emails, with more screencasts and more demos, but what they had promised me was not included.
    At that point, after about 7 days, I requested a refund based on their Refund Policy, which reads as follows:

    “We stand behind all our products and guarantee their quality and performance. However, things may not work the same for everyone. Therefore, if you encounter an issue that cannot be resolved or feel that our product does not work as expected, you may contact us for a refund within 14 days of purchase. We will happily refund your full amount.”

    Since they cannot give me what they promised and since it has already been 2 weeks of constant, time-wasting emails, where they promise but do not deliver, I reiterate that they need to refund my cost of the plugin.
