I was write a post – but post won’t show

My blog is up-n-running just fine… though when I go into dashboard to edit an existing post, or to post new content, after I hit save (or ‘publish) the post (or the editing) never shows on my blog.

Anybody know the reasoning behind this?

It’s really weird because I can edit code and make other changes… just can’t edit, delete, or create new posts.
