I wish I could rate it higher…

  • I enjoyed testing this one, but it too doesn’t make the grade. Everything about it seemed great, from using the nifty shortcode helper to adding my own custom fields. Even the documentation is top notch! However, running an aggregate page of reviews or a single review through Googles Rich Snippet Tester shows that it’s not what I’m after for clients. Star ratings would be a nice addition too…

    Thanks for the review. I do plan on adding star ratings in the future. While the plugin doesn’t currently fit your needs I hope you come back to it when it does.

    @Hendison Scott, I read at least two of your reviews on testimonials plugins, and both say the same thing: it doesn’t do what YOU want.

    My feeling is that it’s unfair to rate someone else’s work based on your own need, instead of the plugin’s functionality.

    Did it ever occur to you that you may be looking in the wrong place?

    Please rate a plugin based on what the author describes it to do, if it does it right and with good working code, interface, etc. Don’t rate it based on what you wish it would do, you’re not helping the developer nor other users.
