  • I left a lower rating earlier this week, but found help here on this forum. I’m not sure if all will be fixed, but in the meantime, I’d like to rate this higher on the fact that Thad, from Graph Paper Press, politely tried to offer help on this forum. Thanks again Thad.

    Thanks Thad, but this isn’t the email I was speaking about. I wrote later asking about issues in which a “buy button” or “add to cart” type of button never appeared. The sale item could be clicked on and added to a lightbox, but there was no way to buy the file. Do you not have that email as well?

    Thanks Shawn. No, we never received that email. Can you make sure that you’re using the latest version of the plugin? We fixed a bug in the sell_media_item shortcode that prevented the buy button from being displayed only when that shortcode was used.
