I would like to ask if Fluent Forms can do the following

I have installed ULTIMATE MEMBER and GAMIPRESS, user registers as a registered member and then wants to upgrade to a silver member, I have set a rule that if a user upgrades to a silver member they need to complete two tasks (set the total score to be 100), these two tasks are ready to be upgraded by using two of your forms (A and B) to achieve the total score to add up to more than 80 points (one form a task).

1.) For example, the first form A is a multiple choice question, I see that your paid module SURVEY should be able to solve this, A form to set the full score of 20 (a total of 4 questions, each question 5 points)

(2.) The second form B is a fill-in-the-blanks, the user needs to fill in the page form content, a total of 8 items, each topic 10 points, a total of 80 points, filled in by the user to submit the contents of the administrator in the background manually fill in the blanks of the 8 questions one by one to play the score (if you can’t play the score of the item to play a total score can also be).

So my questions are:

1. how to realize form B by the administrator in the background to the user to submit the form content (fill in the blanks) scoring?
2. how to realize form A + B score results, and then pass the score to GAMIPRESS to let GAMIPRESS get FLUENT FORMS score?
