    At one time I used to recommend your plugin to people for whom I install WordPress websites for. No longer will I recommend it.

    The last time that I tried to restore a WordPress website using your plugin I lost all of the pages and posts. Also many settings such as menu selections were also lost.

    Now I strongly recommend to everyone using WordPress to backup on the hosting account backend. If your hosting does not provide this feature upgrade or change your hosting. There may be no way to build a plugin that will reliably backup and restore a WordPress website. I will assume now that it is a fundamental flaw of WordPress and its underlying components, including the internet itself.
