I18n improvements

Hi,

After reviewing the awaiting strings in fr_FR locale, I noticed a few things that could be improved:

Layout
Once translated in some language (like French, German, Dutch and many others) some strings need more space than in English.

Actually it breaks the layout (see https://screenshots.firefox.com/gB08TF5lgWehwFVT/localhost) so it’s not very user friendly.

Ask your users to use GlotPress
GlotPress is the software used by the WordPress community to deal with translation.

So instead of redirecting your users to https://weblizar.com/customize-your-wordpress-login-page, I strongly suggest you redirect them to https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/admin-custom-login.

It’s so much easier for the users and the quality of the translation will be much better since they need to match locale guidelines to be approved.

Make all the strings translation ready
There’s still a few strings that can’t be translated (example: https://screenshots.firefox.com/GwnHhd8Eyulh1GMj/localhost)

Add context for the translators
Some strings are not easy to understand without context. Adding comments in your code will help translators to have a better understanding of the context, especially since English do not seem to be your native language.
