    Hi there!

I can see the images under all the URLs you shared and I can also see it in the sidebar on your site. Were you able to fix that or are you still having this issue on your end? If you do, I’d try to make sure it’s not browser-related. Have you tried loading your site on a different browser?

In Chrome and in Edge, the middle link, i2.wp.com…. results in “We cannot complete this request, remote server returned an unexpected status code (400)”
Most of the pictures appear in the gallery, but not this one.

Which version of Chrome and Edge is affected? Look to see if there’s an update needed and also try turning off any browser extensions.

The problem exists in every browser. All the other photos appear properly.

Does this file appear to you?

Yes, it does load for me on Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.
As @lizkarkoski mentioned, have you made sure you have disabled all browser extensions while checking? Also, does the file load if you use a different internet source, like your mobile’s 4/5G?

I used Chrome’s Incognito mode (instantly eliminates all extensions). The link resulted in “We cannot complete this request, remote server returned an unexpected status code (400)”.

I installed Firefox. No extensions. Same result.

I used my phone’s browser, Kiwi. Same result.

BUT when I turned off wifi and used mobile data, the photo is there. Say what????

I then used my phone’s mobile hotspot as my laptop’s internet connection, and yes, the photo appeared.

Again, all the other photos appear however I’m connected.

Why would this one photo not appear when I’m on wifi? (ISP = Bell Canada.)

    Thanks

It sounds like maybe your router configuration or ISP is blocking it.

Are you using any content-blocking DNS, like NextDNS or OpenDNS?

    Thread Starter Jonathon N

    (@imagiscapeca)

Not using any content-blockers. There’s nothing possibly censored in the filename or picture. My ISP doesn’t block any of the other photos, some of which come from i2.wp.com, so it’s not blocking that domain/subdomain. A mystery which I’d love to solve.

Anyway, for the first time since I create the image gallery in ~January, that particular image now appears in the gallery, no matter how I connect to the internet. Perhaps all the recent direct clicks somehow [unlocked] something?

Hm, I’m afraid we won’t be able to give you more information about this as the error was most probably related to your ISP in some way.
Hopefully everything will keep working correctly from now on ??

I have similar issues with this error. I don’t see any issue between hosting service and cloudfare service. It has to do something with this plugin.

I tried to deactivate the Jetpack, but it did not help.

Can you check the website and see if all pictures will load for you please?

    Can you help?

@grantlairdjr all images appear to be loading on your site, at least for me here in the UK.

If you still have trouble, could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome?

    Thank you!
