iam having problem to login to my site, and also the is look disconfigured, this is the email from my hosting:

I have checked the database that is used via the application:

tecnolo4_tecnolo34

However the same is quite modified and I was unable to locate the row that contain the admin user information. If I search for the admin username you provide us with there are 10313 results. Could you please provide us with the admin email account, so we can search for the same in the database in order to locate the admin user.
I was unable to locate the admin user via the email, as well. There are 56 records in the database, several log entries and comments, however there are not even one listed as user. In order to resolve the issue that you are currently experiencing, I would recommend you to contact a certified web developer, which will be able to edit the database in question.

Any help please..

If you can login to FTP, Cpanel, or similar services. You might have some luck by renaming the plugin and theme folder and then trying to log in.

1. Basically, find the wp-content folder.
2. Inside look for the plugins and themes folders.
3. Temporarily rename each to pluginsDISABLE and themesDISABLE
4. Try to login to your site again e.g yoursite.com/wp-admin

If you can login at that point, then you can change the folder names back and enable your themes or plugins one by one until you isolate the problem.

Advanced (try at your own risk): If you can’t login after that, you may need to manually reset your password in the database.
