ical ics files not importing into iCalendar

    Hi, have the latest version of Events Manager running on the latest version of WordPress.

    Really need the iCal files to work but keep getting the following message:

    “iCal can’t read this calendar file. No events have been added to your iCal calendar.”

    Can’t understand why as it imports ical files ok from your demo site.
    Please help.

    thanks marcus. any idea when the next update is due that will include a fix for ical ics files? eager to start using the plugin but need the ical to work for the site.

    sorry, can’t comment specifically when, it’s on my list of bugs to fix but this may likely take a week or so.

    Is this why there doesn’t seem to be a way to get the ical feed to load just the single event’s info instead of ALL the events in the ical feed?

    Also I’ve added the location (address short codes) in the feed setup in the admin and it doesn’t seem to be changing or adding in this information.

    hi, sorry we’re in the middle of a major update that’s taking longer than expected, and this is in the list of things to get done before that goes out.

    @djlunacy this is specific to single event icals imported on a mac, anything else please raise a new thread.

    sorry for the delay on getting to this bug, but I’m checking your site atm and I can’t reproduce this issue anymore. Tested it on a macbook pro and an iphone 4S.

    did you do something to fix it?

    Hi – I see this is marked as resolved — what’s the fix?

    I can’t import this calendar and the validator shows the carriage return warning mentioned above :
