• Hello to all, good night.

I created a contact form plugin in the “Contact Form 7” and put it in a “Action Bar” in Icegram plugin. The aesthetics was perfect, changed the CSS form and he was very good. But when you fill in the fields (email and name) and click Send is redirected to a page like this stuck “https://www.mysite.com/#wpcf7-f364-o1/”.

The contact is sent just right, but the user loses the page you were on and falls on this page with final “#wpcf7-f364-o1”.

I went to see the source code of the page, generated by the browser itself and some of it appears a mention of an action = \ "\ / #wpcf7-f364-o1 \".

Does anyone know tell me the cause of this conflict and if possible take this action? Maybe inserting any command that does not change page and stay on the same …

If anyone wants the source code of the page or some plugin code leaves message that I upload.

    Thank you very much.

    Hi Genneral,

    Thank you for using Icegram.
In Icegram if you created a form and submit it , it will redirect to that form submission page by default.

If you want to submit form and skip redirection(Form submission with ajax) you can use CTA action addon of Icegram.
Refer the link for more details.

    Thanks,
    Icegram

    Hi Icegram,

Same problem as Genneral. User sees a white page with url including #wpcf7-XXX-o1 after he clicked submit.
So does that mean if you want to use a sign-up form from the common Contact Form 7 Plugin with Icegram you have to buy your CTA action addon?

    Cheers

    @genneral , @alfonsberger

We have tested the Contact for 7 and Icegram message(popup).

We found that Contact form 7 submits the form directly when it is embed with Icegram popup or any other message.

Because of that URL is appended with form ID.

But if we add same form in page, form submit with ajax.

There is no additional settings to force ajax submission of form in popup.

Please contact “Contact Form 7” support to handle this case.

Additionally if Contact Form-7 solve this issue you don’t need to buy CTA action only for submit form with ajax.

    Thanks,

Thanks for getting back, but seriously with 1+ million active installs of Contact Form 7 you guys did not debug Icegram to work with this plugin and now you suggest to get in contact with the developer ourself? wow!

Recently I had to use some scripts asynchronous (async) and this has meant that some features of popups and action bar’s the Icegram failed. So I disabled the on some of my sites.

In the other managed to integrate the Get Response codes to Icegram with easily, then completely discarded using the Contact Form 7.

Excuse me for my Google translator English, hahah!

    Ty @icegram.

    Hello,

I am using contact form-7, its working fine on page.

But while using same form with Icegram, datepicker is not working. I have latest Icegram version where ajax & JS validations working fine.

    Please advice.
