Icegram not working on my website

    Hello,

    We installed Icegram in our website https://viuz.com/ because it will allow us to setup a pop-up form for our newsletter subscribe. We tried it first on our dev server it seems to work fine. When we decided to installed it on our live server (infomaniak hosting) we are wondering this plug in is not working. We also tried putting shortcode in the homepage but still we failed to make it work.

    We are seeking for your support to help us detect what cause this issue to our setup.

    Hi Marjun,

    We checked your site and found out the problem.

    The jquery version on your site is old 1.7.2.
    As WordPress uses the latest version, you will have to update jquery to it’s latest version i.e 1.11.3.
    Old version is coming from your theme.

    Once the jquery is updated Icegram should work fine.

    Thank your for the help.

    We managed to update our jquery to the latest version. It’s now working great!

    The next issue we found is that when we created a new campaign and we are trying to embed mailpoet form [wysija_form id=”1″] (shortcode) inside the message body using the form Embed Code(Icegram) the form isn’t showing up. What are the possible issue?

    Hello Marjun,

    Mailpoet shortcode doesn’t work with Lazy Loading (Icegram Settings > Cache Friendly?) option.

    I suggest you to use mailpoet HTMLcode instead of shortcode, It will work.
