icegram plugin not working with mythemeshop theme

i am using the latest install of WordPress both on self-hosted install and on local wamp install.
I have a theme from mythemeshop.com

None of the icegram messages are showing up.i removed all other plugins and tried and still no result.
i am not using any caching plugin.
No error is being shown in the dev tools console.
How do i get it to work?
