Icelandic characters come scrambled in the mail

  • I am having problem with Contact form 7, because it look like Icelandic letters are getting scrambled in the email, so it is not readable.
    I was wondering if it could solv the problem to change the charset for the form from UTF8 to ISO-8859-1, and if so, how can I do it ?
