icon-angle-up missing

    Hello,

    I was improving the security of the website and changed the table-prefix to some other than wp_ . Everything works very well, but for any reason the icon-angle-up icon is missing, the words are still visible.

    I will keep this button alive to let you have a look at it and maybe you find whatever causes this behavior.

    I really appreciate your help.

    1, We checked your website and it seems that the reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will able to catch which one was the source for the issue.

    2. If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install 3rd party plugin staging, clone your website database and make the changes on the cloned staging site, here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE

    Hello there,

    thanks a lot for your quick response. I figured that there are even the wp icons missing which supposed to show up in the wp admin dashboard and particular plugins dashboard section. Checking the plugins turned out not to be the source for this issue as I was guessing since the icons showed up with all the plugins activated before the security modifications. I guess that this is a wp installation issue.

    Hello again,

    I finally found the reason for this issue. It really was a part of the security that I added to my side as a .htaccess in the content folder that prevented certain images to be accessed. For any reason it were just those icons to be affected.

    However, I am grateful for your time spent on this issue and wish you good luck for the future as the bard theme is by far the best theme I can imagine for my needs.
