icon-author to photo

Hi I do not know how to change author icon (before post) to photo, preferably the same as the author after post (gravatar).

And also how to make author name not clickable. I wan tit as normal text without link to author/admin

Many blogs have author photo on the very top and I have icon which does not look good. I can do it manually, create paragraph with photo, name, date etc but doing it for every post is a lot of work. And in future if I want to change it again a lot,
