The Icon (https://ps.w.org/matomo/assets/icon-128×128.png?rev=2206785) is fine, but you probably have an adblocker that contains a rule like this
/matomo/*$domain=~github.com|~matomo.org

Which matches this image URL and therefore is not loaded.

That’s the kiddy. I guess you’ll need to petition uBlock to exclude www.ads-software.com too! ??
