Icon doesnt stop spinning

Hello

I have à problem with all the forms i made on contact form 7 on my website, when i fill in the form i click on the “send” button, the circle arrows icon appears and doesnt stop spinning and thé confirmation message Never appears ! It’s horrible because the client doesnt Know If his message has been sent, so he clicks many Time on the send button so i receive the message in several Times…

CAN help me on that?
I tried to disabled plugins but it did nt work
