Icon images in editing missing

I have the same trouble that billyjiahaogao.
Also, on this page, when I write, I only see code in the Message window.

I tried to edit tiny_mce_config.php changing ‘compress’ => true, for ‘compress’ => false but nothing

I’ve got the same problem. No icons for formatting in Visual.

Still seems to be a problem. ‘Code is Poetry’ when it works. The invisible media upload icons are driving me mad. Appreciate any help.
