Icon is not visible on the cell phone portrait mode

    The icons on the entire layout are not visible on the cell phone portrait mode. The icons are possible to see only on the cell phone landscape mode.

  • Check this possible resolution to see if it works:

    1. navigate to gallery Settings section
    2. scroll to Dimensions subsection
    3. set Columns Calculation Alg option to “Fixed”
    4. enter the number of columns you want to see on each screen (e.g. 1 for mobile, 2 for tablets, 3 for desktop etc…)
    5. set Screen size option to “Custom” instead of “Default” value
    6. cleanup website caches and mobile browser caches
    7. check it on your mobile, preferably check it in incognito mode to prevent caching related issues which are not relevant

    NOTE: As you’re done, please cleanup website caches if you have any caching plugin/tool installed on your website/server. Also, clean mobile browser caches as well or try in incognito mode to make sure there are no caching issues which are not relevant after this setting is set!
