I’m working on a staging site and noticing the list is adding a generic bullet that is throwing off the alignment. It looks correct when I’m editing the page in the admin, but not when it’s viewed on the live page. Any ideas on what may be causing it?

FYI – the regular WP list is not used anywhere else on the site nor do we plan to use it for anything. I also tried a different plugin (Icon List) and it was doing the same thing.

Screenshot of it appearing correctly when editing the page: https://screenrec.com/share/GHbC94IzEZ

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi @hazelnb

I hope this message finds you well. It’s quite unusual that you’re experiencing an issue with the theme. To troubleshoot, could you kindly try switching to another theme, such as twenty twenty-three or Astra, and let me know the outcome?

If the problem persists with the alternative theme, I recommend reaching out to the theme provider for further assistance. They will be able to provide the necessary support to resolve any issues you may encounter.

I eagerly await your response and value your feedback. I appreciate your cooperation.
    Have a wonderful day!

Thanks for checking in. I discovered it had to do with other code on the page that, once removed, caused the issue. I slowly removed some of that code and concluded there must be an open div tag somewhere. I added a closed div tag to the page (</div>) and that fixed the issue. Really strange and maybe it does have something to do with the template, but I was only hired to add/fix a few things, so I left it as-is. https://staging3.daybreakpsych.com/

    Hi @hazelnb

I hope you’re doing well. I’m glad to hear that the issue has been resolved. I’d like to share that the problem was related to a theme conflict, not with our Blocks issue, as we have already identified and addressed that.

If you require any further assistance or have any other concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are always here to help you.

    Have a wonderful day ahead!
