Icon List Won’t Save

Trying to change the text under “General Information” to a different email address. It allows me to edit, but when I click “save” at the bottom of the edit box, a little blue circle spins endlessly next to the list item I edited. And when I click “save” on the Icon List window, it closes but no changes show and the whole Icon List section turns pale/gray and non-interactive. I then have to reload the page to be able to edit again.
