Hi, i used the plugin to create content for 2 languages, italian and english. i put italian on mysitename.it and english on mysitename.com
When i create english page, or header or everything the elementor can’t find the content (because it goes on the other domain, so it cant find anything) by the way i first create pages in a italian, the i create the same page in english, and at the and i give this second one the property that be connected to the first one. So it works, and i can see both on frontend. But icons on english version aren’t showing. never. how to solve it?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @deziq

Sorry for the trouble, so you are using multiple domains correct?

How are your multiple domains setup within WordPress?

I will need a lot more information before I can assist further.

    How is Polylang configured?
    How is WordPress configured?
    What plugins have you activated?

Ok thank you, i’ll give all th info:
Polylang settings —> url on 2 different domains correctly configured on gustoaromatico.it for italian and gustoaromatico.com for english; both domains point to the same folder on server where index.php is located. I think is correctly configured, becuse it switch well.
Wordpress settings —-> main site inside a folder, htaccess and index php outside to point inside. url rewrite with friendly url
Elementor —-> i think the problem is with this plugin but it works with everything else
Polylang connect for Elementor —-> dont’ know if i really need it…
I can even create you an account so you can see what you need with your eyes and we can try to solve it faster
    kindes regards

    Hi @deziq

The problem is most likely a cross-domain issue. There is a plugin for this:

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/multidomain-support-for-elementor/

Also, Polylang connect is specifically used for templates.

If you go to your Italian site, do a chrome inspect, use the console. Then change to English. Notice the access errors you get.

This is not something with our plugin.

Please let me know if you face any other issues.

No, problem was with elementor and how it manage 2 domain licence, even if i add another license to the account…at the moment, it’s not possible to use it. i was obliged to move all in one domain. thank you for asking.

I marking this ticket as resolved as this is technically not a Polylang Connect for Elementor problem. If you have any other issues, please open a new support request.
