    Hi

    I’ve installed the plugin, but it’s not showing up on the website. I’ve checked the restrictions, everything should be fine.
    I’ve already installed the plugin on another website without any problems.

    Hi @jangeudens,

    I’ve had a look at your website, but the plugin doesn’t appear to be installed. Did you uninstall the plugin? Please go through the install/setup process again from the beginning, and let us know if you’re still experiencing any issues.

    Hi

    I’ve tried it again, and it worked this time.

    I think I might know what the problem was. I’ve tried to install it the first time in Firefox, which blocks Facebook on other pages. Now I’ve installed it by using Edge, and it works.

    Hi,

    I confirm having the same issue. I succeeded with Chrome with no extension and specific configuration.

    If I go back to my Firefox, I see now the chat.
