If you don’t already have a child theme or a custom.css you should install a plugin like custom CSS plugin then add and amend the following to the custom css area.

@media screen and (min-width: 960px)
body .site {
padding: 24px 24px 0;
margin-bottom: 24px;
}

@media screen and (min-width: 768px)
.site {
max-width: 1040px;
}

You need to amend the 24px and 1040px accordingly

sorry my ignorance but nothing happen. I delvered the code fro @salsasaturation in CSS manager area and custom.css as well.

What is wrong?
