Icon only – can I deactivate the mouseover effect?

Hi there,

I’ve checked the option to only display the icon of the networks, not the names,
but I’m wondering if it’s possible to deactivate/remove the mouseover effect that expands the buttons to show the name of the social network?

I want to only have the small icons, all the time – if possible.
