    I have sent 4 support tickets in total to Iconic regarding their Delivery Slots Plugin.

    I have had no response back whatsoever, despite renewing the plugin for another year. I have tried to get in touch but with a non-responsing support team and a smart bot that gets confused very easily this is getting frustrating.

    Please could anyone help or advise? we have had an issue for 3 weeks and we are just going into our peak season.
