iconize dialog box doesn’t open

    I am trying to use iconize and add icon to menus. When I click on the select icon box, the iconize dialog box with many icon to select doesn’t pop up. I seems video on how it work but that box doesn’t pop up. Why is that?

    Apologies for the delayed response.

    Could you please let us know if you are trying to add icon on Customizer screen or in Appearance->Menus screen and please let us know which plugins you are using so that we can check on our side if possible.

    Also, you could try to troubleshoot by disabling all other plugins and, if it works, activating back one by one to see where the conflict is.
