    Hi

I can see that the Icon List widget is hidden in Responsive settings for Tablet mode and higher resolution. Did you set it up like that temporarily?
May I have some screenshots of the issue and the widget settings how you have set it up and what exactly is the issue here?

    Hi there,

If the Icon List widget in Elementor appears broken on the front end of your website, but displays normally in the Elementor editing interface, there could be a few reasons for this issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:

    1. Check for Plugin or Theme Conflicts: Sometimes, conflicts with other plugins or your WordPress theme can cause issues with Elementor widgets. Try temporarily deactivating other plugins one by one and switching to a default WordPress theme (such as Twenty Twenty-One) to see if the issue persists. If the problem goes away when other plugins are deactivated or when using a different theme, you’ll know there’s a conflict that needs to be addressed.
    2. Clear Elementor Cache: Elementor has its own cache that might need to be cleared. In the Elementor editor, go to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS or Clear Cache, and try regenerating the CSS or clearing the cache to see if it resolves the issue.
    3. Update Elementor and Widgets: Ensure that both Elementor and any associated widgets are updated to the latest versions. Sometimes, bugs are fixed in newer releases that could be causing the issue you’re experiencing.
    4. Check Icon Fonts: If you’re using custom icon fonts, make sure they are properly loaded and accessible. Sometimes, issues with icon font loading can cause visual problems with Elementor widgets.
    5. Inspect Element: Use your browser’s developer tools to inspect the elements of the Icon List widget on the front end of your website. Look for any error messages or CSS issues that might provide clues as to what’s causing the problem.
    6. Recreate the Widget: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, consider recreating the Icon List widget from scratch in Elementor. Sometimes, the widget might have become corrupted or misconfigured, and starting fresh can help.
