icons all reverting to brush

Using on a multisite and all the icons revert to brush, 1st on the list, no matter what I choose.
I tried network deactivate, reactivate on subsite, same.
Tried deactivating and deleting, including all files, re-installing and activating on subsite and wouldn’t you know it. All the buttons I made were back. Does your plugin not clean up after itself after uninstall with delete all files?

Any way to get the icons working on multisite?

Only thing I can do now is make them 0px as I don’t see any way to choose no icon and it looks silly having them all brushes.
