Icons are not displayed anymore

    For the icons to appear I have:
    1 install both “Mime Type Link Images” plugins and “MimeTypes Link Icons”
    Tick “Tick box to enable asynchronous debug mode.”

    ticking “Tick box to enable asynchronous replacement.” the icons are displayed on the posts not on the pages.

    if I do not install “Mime Type Link Images”, no icon is displayed.

    I have a htaccess file in each directory, but it has no effect
