    Hi,

I am currently having issues with the icons, within the circles, displaying correctly.

No matter which icon I set the announcement to have, it is displayed in the front-end/live preview as just a small empty square.

This only seems to occur once I change the default. So if I create an announcement and do not change the icon from the default preset, there doesn’t seem to be an issue in displaying it, it’s only once I manually change the icon that it will not display and I then cannot revert it back.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Thanks in advance.

    Hey @peterrow,

Can you provide us with a link to your timeline so we can do some investigating? It sounds like either the font family isn’t being loaded properly, or your theme (or another plugin) is loading another font family and it is trying to assign that icon font family to the timeline icons.

    Thanks!

    Hi @peterrow,

I am having some issues loading your site. It looks like there are a few .js errors on the page:

Are things loading on your end?

    Hi,

This is due to the site currently being hosted on our dev environment. Any only certain IP’s being white listed.

Currently I cannot grant access to to this.

I will look into this and if I am still having the same issue will update.

    Thanks!
