Icons are not showing

Sorry not the play button on the light box, but I mean the square tile images that you can click to open the light box. This problem might be a conflict with other plugins on your website.

Please try to deactivate the rest of your plugins and check if the issue persists
Also, if possible, please temporarily switch the theme of your website and see if the issue occurs.
You can re-activate the plugins and change the theme back again after troubleshooting.

Thank you for answering.
I tried deactivating all the plugins used, but it doesn’t fix the problem, but the icons re-appeared when I switch the theme to classic one/twenty fifteen (Our site is currently using Advertica theme).

All plugins used are updated, and there is also no update with the theme that we are currently using.

Please, switch to your theme, that displays the conflict with the buttons. Then, please let us know. We’ll try to give you a custom.css code which will fix the issue.
