Icons are not showing in menu and search bar

I don’t see any problem, were you able to resolve this?

Please open it in mobile and you will know that menu is not showing icon and on desktop you can see in search bar search icon is showing as a square box, please check again, i will be thankful if you will help me.

I see the icon in Safari under iOS 13.2.3.
