    Hi Robin. I saw that you use currentcolor to colour the SVG icons on the plugin? Problem is the icons adapt the blue colour I use to target links on my posts. I am using code like this before to correct this .scriptlesssocialsharing a,.scriptlesssocialsharing a:hover{color:#fff!important}
    NB: but I figured when typing this that adding p to .scriptlesssocialsharing p a resolves the issue. However, is there a way to change the CSS class or colour to prevent such occurrences?

    The plugin sets the color to white for the .scriptlesssocialsharing a.button class already, to cover the text, possible Font Awesome icon, and/or SVG. So the currentcolor inheritance should pick that up. My guess is that your links may have a more specific CSS class set, which is overriding the button color. Are you using buttons which display the text labels? Is the text also blue? I would be interested to see your site to know more specifically what CSS rules are in place.

    I’m willing to consider changing the color on the SVG, but would like to research first.

    Correction: NB: but I figured when typing this that adding p to .entry-content p a resolves the issue.

    Do you have a test site? The theme is GeneratePress. It just has one link colour for the body which the single posts inherit. I set the colour to black and change the colour of entry content links with CSS to blue. Try testing from your end and tell me how it goes.

    NB: I figured it out by playing around with the theme’s colour settings. Seems the CSS I was using above to colour post links had !importanton it which affected the plugin icons too.

    Thank you for the update; I appreciate it. !important can result in unexpected ripples of behavior for sure, although there are times where it’s necessary. I’m glad you got it sorted.
