Icons display as squares on Chrome and Internet Explorer

Hi Everyone,

I’m having an issue where the icons don’t show up at all or show up as square boxes depending on what browser I use. I know these questions have been address in the past and are related to the font if I understand correctly, but I’m a beginner and have no knowledge of CSS. I can work my way around finding a piece of code and copying and pasting .. but that’s about all ?? And that’s why I would need your expertise. I have no idea what to do to get them to show up.

I’m using the Divine Theme on Genesis Framework from Restored 316 designs. On Firefox (both on my MAC and my android phone I can see the icons. But I can’t see them on Chrome or on Internet Explorer.
