icons do not appear

Please make sure you’ve enabled ‘Font awesome 4 support’ to Yes from,
Elementor>Settings>Advanced- https://prnt.sc/ooxae1, If not kindly enable it and regenerate your CSS files via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard, and then delete your cache and check if it resolves the issue.

If the issue persists, most likely this is a cache error or a CSS conflict with your current theme.
