"Icons" doesn't show on the website. :(

I wonder If someone may give me advice about something that happen when I use this amazing template: https://accesspressthemes.com/theme-demos/?theme=accesspress-root (https://blancamoreno.es/)

“Icons” doesn’t show properly: loupe, folder, clock, comments… I have reinstalled the template twice but unsuccessfully. Moreover, I have called my hosting supplier and he told me that It seems to be something related with font.

May you help me?
