Icons greyed out

    When I write an article (.com acct) and include a photo it is easy to hover the mouse over the picture in the editor and see the two little “Edit
    Image” and “Delete Image” icons. So far so good.
    In my the .org acct, when I hover the mouse over the same photo, the two
    little icons are greyed out – so there is no way of editing them. It’s
    driving me crazy. What am I doing wrong? Thxs for any help!
